This service is especially relevant for those not residing full time at their French property and give ‘peace of mind’ that someone is 
always available in case of unforseen circumstances. Cost for an average 2-4 bedroom property is €500 per annum, prestige properties at a supplement.
This package offers:
- Regular (Monthly) visits in your absence, tailored to your needs. (This may lower your insurance premium.)
- Supplementary visits after extreme weather events.
- Key holding to give access to utilities, tradesmen, etc.
- Post collection and forwarding.
- Pre and Post-Winter inspection, with report and photographs to provide evidence in the event of a future insurance claim.
- 24 hour emergency number.
- Optional alarm installation and monitoring. Our state-of-the-art alarm systems utilise mobile phone technology using long duration Pay-as-you-Go SIM cards, sending text messages on a regular basis to ensure the SIM remains active and verify the system is functioning correctly.

We can help manage your gite offering secure hey holder services, change-overs, maintenance management, alarm installation and monitoring and gardening services.
