House buying can be challenging, exciting and great fun! With DorsBien acting on your behalf we can offer a preselected list of houses, saving you money on fares, accomodation and time. We are not affiliated to any agents, so can show you a greater range of potential properties. All our costs are time related so you pay the same whether you're buying a holiday home or a grand chateau! While visiting properties we can accompany your on visits to translate your desires to estate agents; arrange accomodation to suit your requirements; and can help with travel arrangements if need be. Once you have found the right property we can assist with arranging a notaire and a legal translator to manage your side of the purchase and can accompany you to the signings etc. Once the purchase is complete we can help you settle in and schedule utilities. Assisted buying time is charged at €25 per hour (or part thereof), with travelling time €18 per hour to/from rendez-vous.
